Black Beans

Watch Jintana make black beans. What you’ll need:

Black beans [2 cups]
Chopped Onions [handful]
Cilantro [handful]
Green Onions [handful]
Tomatoes [handful]
Sea Salt [2-3 tablespoons]
Mexican Oregano [2 tablespoons]
Chili de Arbol [a pinch]
Black Pepper [1/2 teaspoon]
Olive Oil [a splash or two]

Wash and rinse the beans. Put them in a pot. Add about 3-4 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Add your ingredients. Reduce the burner’s flame. Wait for the aromas to tickle your sense of smell. Taste. and add any more ingredients your taste buds ask for.
